1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened nutritional or consumable products unless there is a verified defect.

 


 

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@maplevive.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo evidence (if applicable)

  2. Wait for our response and return authorization.

Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

 


 

4. Exchanges

If a product is defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange of the same item (subject to availability) or a refund.

 


 

5. Shipping Returns
