4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • MapleVive is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
