Gokshura also known as “Gokharu” in India, is a very common ingredient found in mostly all-natural supplements to boost testosterone levels in men. Tribulus Terrestris also known as “Caltrops” or “Goathead,” is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Mutrala (diuretic) and aphrodisiac (Vrsya) in men. Gokshura also helps to relieve Arsa (hemorrhoids) in traditional herbal medicines. As per Ayurvedic medicines/ herbal medicines, Gokshura helps in relieving Mutrakrcchra (difficult/ painful urination).

3-6 grams of powder or 20-30 gm of dried fruit made into decoction daily for adults. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon. Dissolve 1/4 tsp of Gokshura powder into 1 cup of warm water and drink immediately.
