Sewanti - Triphala Powder - 200g / 7.05oz

Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a laxative for the relief of occasional constipation, as an eye tonic, as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic), as a digestive tonic to promote digestive fire, increase appetite and aid in digestion (stomachic), to help relieve symptoms such as heartburn and indigestion associated with Amlapitta (hyperacidity/dyspepsia), to help expel intestinal worms (vermifuge), to help relieve cough, to help relieve colic pain and flatulence (carminative). 1-3 gms per day for adults. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon. Dissolve 1/4 tsp of Triphala powder into 1 cup of warm water and drink immediately.
